Carbon plate for fixing the foil on Boostial inflatable boards for wingsurfing

Among the needs that we immediately had in mind a sufficient stiffness of the inflatable board able to compete with a rigid one, to achieve this we decided to use a rigid plate, which was large enough not to make the board flex in the points of strength or where the foot straps are positioned.

In fact, the plate we have chosen is of a larger size than the standard we were used to with the boards we tested, consequently we had to opt for an extremely light material to reduce the weight to the maximum.

This is how the carbon fiber foil fixing plate was born, an authentic jewel of technology made using a vacuum molding process, now a state of the art for this type of product.

In the plate, a comfortable handle is obtained to facilitate the transport of the table itself, and on it a double box type "US-rail" 100% compatible with the assembly of foil with standard "US-plate" fixing plate, that is compatible with the most famous and distributed foil brands such as: Naish, Cabrinha, Fanatic, RRD, Gong
